Position Details
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Experience requested: 1–2 years in the UAE.
- Pay: AED 1,800–3,000 per month.
- Work location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain company and project documents in physical and digital formats.
- Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems so documents remain accessible when required.
- Control document revisions and ensure relevant teams have the latest approved versions.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments on submissions and approvals.
- Prepare document transmittals, registers, logs, and reports.
- Monitor document submission and approval status and follow up on pending documents.
- Document and archive project records, contracts, drawings, reports, and related materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Experience in contracting, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Document Controller is preferred.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures, filing systems, and document management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with document management systems and project documentation is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work actively in a fast-paced environment.
