Role Overview
Multiscale is hiring a Commercial / Quantity Surveying Professional to join its team in Dubai.
The role welcomes candidates at all experience levels, including fresh graduates, and requires no prior experience.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and coordinate progressive payment applications with clients and consultants.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on variation claims and approvals.
- Manage final accounts, negotiations, reconciliation, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on commercial matters.
- Review contractual and commercial requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams to ensure timely commercial settlements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is essential.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic is required.
- No prior experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to deal confidently with clients, consultants, and project teams.
