Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Commercial / Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction-sector background.
The position is full-time in Dubai and requires a valid UAE driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interim payment applications with clients and consultants.
- Track payment status, secure approval of amounts due, and support timely collection.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on variation claims and approvals.
- Manage final accounts through negotiation, settlement, and closeout.
- Coordinate commercial matters with clients, consultants, contractors, project teams, and internal departments.
- Review contractual and commercial requirements and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams for timely commercial settlements.
Requirements
- Construction-sector experience is essential.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying or commercial management is required.
- Proven experience with interim payments, variations, claims, and final accounts is required.
- Arabic and English fluency, written and spoken, is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and commercial follow-up skills are required.
- Confidence dealing with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- UAE construction-sector experience is an additional advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
