Role Overview
Join the team as a Procurement Coordinator in Dubai, UAE.
Support the coordination and procurement of labour supply and subcontract services.
Work closely with suppliers, site teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with labour supply agencies to request and follow up on manpower requirements.
- Maintain and update the vendor list for subcontractors and labour suppliers.
- Collect quotations, compare prices, and assist in preparing Service Purchase Orders.
- Track and verify weekly and monthly labour timesheets against site attendance before submitting them to Accounts.
- Assist in resolving day-to-day coordination issues with suppliers and site teams.
- Maintain documentation and archiving for subcontract agreements and invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in contracting or industrial sectors.
- Freshers with a strong administration or site coordination background are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Quick learner able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 20,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
