The employer is seeking a Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying Specialist to join its team.
The role supports commercial administration for construction and contracting projects.
Qualifications and requirements
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Proven construction and contracting sector experience is required; UAE experience is preferred.
- Full knowledge of commercial management and quantity surveying is required.
- Experience with progressive payments, variation claims, and final accounts is required.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial correspondence skills are required.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up and coordinate progressive payment applications with clients and consultants.
- Monitor payment status and ensure timely payment certification and collection.
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate variation claims and commercial approvals.
- Manage final account closure, reconciliation, and commercial settlements.
- Review contractual terms and ensure proper commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with project management and deal confidently with the owner, consultant, and contractors.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- The work location is in person.
