Role Overview

  • Kinetic has partnered with a multinational Pharmaceutical company to hire a District Sales Supervisor based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Aspects of the Role

  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives, and targets.
  • Monitor territory performance and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across assigned accounts.
  • Supervising, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals.
  • Providing monthly reports for sales, activities, market feedback, and opportunities.

To Be Successful You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 5 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Primary care/ Consumer Healthcare/ OTC experience is a must.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets in Abu Dhabi region.
  • Experience working with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
