Position Overview

Hostmind is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented

Cloud Kitchen Dispatcher

to join our team in Dubai Marina.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Order Coordination**
  • — Review, verify, and confirm customer orders for accuracy before processing.
  • **Dispatching**
  • — Assign orders to drivers based on availability, proximity, and delivery priority.
  • **Communication**
  • — Maintain clear, timely communication with drivers, kitchen staff, and customers.
  • **Prioritization**
  • — Manage order flow and prioritize based on urgency and delivery timeframes.
  • **Quality Control**
  • — Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and ready for dispatch.
  • **Timely Execution**
  • — Monitor delivery progress and provide customers with real‑time updates.
  • **Problem Resolution**
  • — Address and resolve order issues, delays, or customer complaints professionally.
  • **Record‑Keeping**
  • — Maintain accurate logs of orders, dispatch times, delivery statuses, and customer interactions.
  • **Compliance**
  • — Follow food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies.
  • **Continuous Improvement**
  • — Identify and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • **Experience**
  • — 3–5 years in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in a cloud kitchen or food service role.
  • **Education**
  • — Technical or High School Degree.
  • **Organizational Skills**
  • — Strong multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail.
  • **Communication Skills**
  • — Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • **Problem‑Solving**
  • — Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • **Time Management**
  • — Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • **Technology Proficiency**
  • — Comfortable with computers and experienced in
