About the Role
Hostmind Restaurant LLC is seeking an experienced Barista to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages at a customer-facing counter in Dubai Marina. The role requires 3+ years of F&B experience, strong barista skills including latte art, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to Hostmind's recipe and presentation standards
- Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and manage the point of sale system for beverage transactions
- Maintain consistent quality and speed of service, especially during peak hours
- Keep the counter, beverage station, and equipment clean and organized in line with hygiene and SOP standards
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables, and flag shortages in good time
- Follow all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Handle customer questions, requests, and feedback professionally, escalating where necessary
- Work closely with kitchen and counter teams across the kitchen & restaurant unit to ensure smooth service
- Support new branch openings as part of Hostmind's ongoing expansion, including setup and training at new locations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the F&B industry, with solid working knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
- Demonstrated hands on experience as a Barista, with strong beverage preparation and latte art/presentation skills
- Comfortable working a direct customer facing counter role in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with UAE Labour Law

Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Barista certification or formal coffee training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, or multi brand F&B environment.
- Good spoken English; Arabic is an advantage given our diverse customer base.
- A friendly, customer first attitude and strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Basic cash handling and point of sale experience.
