Role Overview
Provide operations and maintenance expertise for customer water treatment systems across multiple industries.
Support systems including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on valves, compressors, pumps, blowers, ejectors, and instrumentation.
- Perform maintenance and calibration, operate and optimize equipment, and maintain site paperwork.
- Provide customers with technical work summaries, informal training, and operational consultation.
- Maintain spare parts, chemicals, replacement parts, and chemical injection systems.
- Conduct water quality testing including turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, and TOC.
- Compare plant installations with P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangements, and other reference drawings.
- Ensure contract compliance with volume and quality specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, homeschool certification, or international equivalent.
- At least 2 years of industrial service or maintenance experience, or equivalent experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and intermediate Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
