Dishwasher

Burke Mountain is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our food & beverage operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting our culinary team during service. What You’ll Do: * Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or using dishwashing equipment throughout service * Clean pots, pans, trays, and kitchen utensils * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stairwells, worktables, refrigerators, and prep areas * Assist with trash, recycling, and compost removal at the end of service * Clean and sanitize garbage cans and waste areas * Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods * Transport dishes, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and service areas * Support team with maintaining walkways and service areas at Tamarack Lodge * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support kitchen operations What We’re Looking For: * Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required * Ability to follow simple instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented with a strong work ethic * Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays * Comfortable working in a physically active role Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods * Frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds * Bending, stooping, and reaching throughout shifts Work Environment: This role is based in a busy kitchen setting with exposure to heat, water, cleaning chemicals, and fast-paced service conditions.
