The Director of Technology & Innovation plays a critical role in advancing Adjoin’s mission by leading technology initiatives, overseeing technology, databases, websites, system implementations, and ensuring platforms and tools effectively support organizational growth, efficiency, and service delivery.

Demonstrated experience overseeing platform implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives.

Experience with QA processes, testing methodologies, and system optimization.

Experience supporting or scaling digital platforms or marketplaces (preferred).

Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations (preferred).
