Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Talent Acquisition to lead the organization's talent acquisition function.
- The role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, support business growth, and strengthen the employer brand.
- The Director will partner with executive leadership to build scalable hiring processes, drive workforce planning, and lead a high performing recruitment team across multiple business functions and geographies.
