About the Job

  • Champion the portfolio in the market, actively bringing business into the restaurants through curated events, private dining and high value partnerships.
  • Build and convert a dynamic pipeline of clientele, ensuring a steady flow of demand that fills restaurants with the right guests, at the right moments.
  • Position the portfolio as a natural choice for meaningful occasions, where dining becomes an experience worth gathering for.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships that go beyond transactions, creating repeatable and sustainable sources of high quality revenue.
  • Work hand in hand with restaurant teams to ensure each opportunity is commercially impactful while remaining true to the guest experience.
  • Lead a sales function defined by energy, ownership and intent, where success is measured not in enquiries, but in seats filled and revenue delivered.

About You

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales, events or commercial roles within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle environments.
  • Minimum 3–5 years managing pipeline and revenue across multi outlet or complex operations.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through private dining, group bookings and premium events.
  • Strong network across corporates, agencies, event planners and luxury segments.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and conversion capability.
