  • Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is one of the UAE’s most iconic luxury destinations, proudly positioned as Abu Dhabi’s leading urban resort.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Conrad’s modern luxury ethos: Oversee all hotel operations to deliver purposeful guest experiences that embody the brand’s contemporary spirit while fostering a guest centric culture of intuitive service, immersive storytelling, and meaningful connections.
  • Drive performance and profitability: Manage revenue, budgets, and cost controls to achieve financial targets while balancing operational efficiency with luxury guest experiences.
  • Oversee property priorities: Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and service initiatives to maintain operational excellence and brand alignment.
  • Set and execute strategic direction: Shape short and long term goals, making decisions in the best interests of the hotel, the Conrad brand, and Hilton’s long term vision.
  • Inspire and develop talent: Provide visionary leadership to the operation team and all Team Members, embedding Hilton’s values and fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and belonging.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration: Hold regular meetings with the Heads of Department (HOD) team and maintain strong relationships with owners, auditors, and Hilton stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Commit to continuous improvement: Uphold and exceed Hilton and Conrad service standards, respond to audits proactively, and drive innovation and operational integrity across the business.

Skills

  • Proven experience as Director of Operations and or Rooms Division Manager in luxury hospitality, ideally within Forbes rated and Virtuoso affiliated properties.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Extensive multi market expertise with a deep understanding of key global and regional markets.
  • Deep understanding of luxury operations and trade affiliations, with a sharp eye for detail and commitment to anticipatory, personalised service.
  • Track record of driving innovative commercial opportunities, particularly in Rooms, to increase profitability.
  • Ability to build strong networks and relationships with owners, contractors, corporate partners, and the local community.
  • Exceptional talent leadership, with the ability to attract, develop, and retain top performers while embedding Hilton’s culture and values.
  • Robust business acumen with experience in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning for a property of similar scale.
  • Resilient and sound in judgment, able to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
