Role Overview
- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Oversee and refine the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's mission, values, and target market.
- Drive brand awareness and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the digital marketing efforts, ensuring a robust online presence through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.
- Foster innovation in digital marketing practices and lead the company's digital transformation initiatives.
- Leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
