Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy: Lead all hotel finance activities and develop financial strategies that align with the hotel’s business objectives
- Oversee financial planning and analysis: Direct the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, business plans, financial projections, and performance reviews
- Advise hotel leadership: Serve as the principal financial business partner to the General Manager, ownership groups, asset managers, and department leaders
- Ensure financial compliance and governance: Maintain compliance with GAAP, Hilton policies, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and management agreement provisions
- Optimize financial reporting and controls: Oversee financial systems, reporting processes, internal controls, and accounting procedures
- Monitor and approve financial transactions: Direct and authorize hotel revenues, expenditures, purchases, payroll, contracts, and capital investments
- Manage stakeholder partnerships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure management agreement compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel management agreement and implement processes and controls
- Drive operational and commercial performance: Partner closely with operational and commercial leaders to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
- Cultivate a high performing team: Lead, develop, and retain a best in class finance team through effective performance management and succession planning
Requirements
- Previous hotel level finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred

Qualifications
- Previous hotel level finance leadership experience within the hospitality industry and experience working within an international hospitality brand or multi property environment.
- Demonstrated strategic, financial, and operational leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
