- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary
- Support revenue optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to hotel management, owners, and Accor corporate offices
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial trends
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Ensure compliance with Accor policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and local laws
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- 8–12 years of finance experience, including senior leadership experience within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS and financial management systems is advantageous
- Experience guiding, training or mentoring finance team members
- High attention to detail and strong personal integrity
- Collaborative, solutions focused approach

Job Description
- The Director of Finance leads the development and implementation of financial and operational strategies.
- The role acts as a key business partner to the Executive Committee.
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning processes.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Support revenue optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to hotel management, owners, and Accor corporate offices.

Financial Control & Compliance

- Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Typically 8–12 years of finance experience, including senior leadership experience within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and internal controls.
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS and financial management systems is advantageous.
