The Role of the Director of Banquets
- As the Director of Banquets, you will be entrusted with both operational and financial responsibilities for the entire banquet operation.
- Your role will involve overseeing the overall organization, ensuring the implementation and consistency of company standards.
- With your expertise and leadership skills, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the banquets department.
- This includes supervising banquet staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
- As a leader in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage banquet operations.
- Your attention to detail and commitment to upholding company standards will be essential in delivering high quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Knowledge And Skills
- Education Certificate
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic & English language.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
- Be a self motivator and motivator of others
- Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
- Have an in depth knowledge of food and preparation
- Have a in depth knowledge of wine
- Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
