The Role of the Director of Banquets

  • As the Director of Banquets, you will be entrusted with both operational and financial responsibilities for the entire banquet operation.
  • Your role will involve overseeing the overall organization, ensuring the implementation and consistency of company standards.
  • With your expertise and leadership skills, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the banquets department.
  • This includes supervising banquet staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • As a leader in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage banquet operations.
  • Your attention to detail and commitment to upholding company standards will be essential in delivering high quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Education Certificate
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic & English language.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
  • Be a self motivator and motivator of others
  • Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of food and preparation
  • Have a in depth knowledge of wine
  • Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Have excellent communication and organization skills
  • Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest
