- Define and lead the end to end pre opening procurement strategy for the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio across MEA
- Drive cross functional collaboration with Brand D&TS, Development, Operations, and Finance
- Own BOQs, budgets, and procurement roadmaps; manage a network of Procurement Agents and external consultants
- Lead mock up reviews, OS&E design presentations, and takeover evaluations
- Project P&L tracking and revenue collection; deliver executive level strategic reporting to SVPs, VPOs, and C suite stakeholders
Requirements
- 12+ years in procurement, supply chain, or project management within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record managing pre opening procurement at a regional or multi country level
- MEA market experience strongly preferred
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder influence at C suite and owner level
- Expert negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Deep expertise in luxury FF&E, OS&E, and brand standards
- Strong programme management and P&L ownership
- Travel 40%+ across the MEA region

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end to end pre opening procurement strategy for the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio across MEA.

Qualifications
