- Lead the master planning and design strategy for luxury golf course and residential developments
- Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, golf course designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Drive land use planning, zoning, density optimization, and community development strategies
- Ensure design excellence while balancing commercial, operational, and sustainability objectives
- Manage planning approvals and liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and consultant performance
- Present concepts and development strategies to senior management, investors, and key stakeholders
- Benchmark global best practices and incorporate innovative planning solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline
- 15+ years of experience in master planning, with significant exposure to luxury residential communities and golf course developments
- Proven track record delivering large scale mixed use, hospitality, or master planned communities
- Experience working with internationally recognized design consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, infrastructure requirements, and development economics
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- GCC or international experience with luxury developments is highly preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Director – Master Planning to lead the planning and design coordination of prestigious golf course and high end residential developments.
