Responsibilities

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide strategic direction and leadership across the Americas Region. • Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and support. • Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI enablement • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR Business partnering or a related role. • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams. • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in utilizing Generative AI in HR Processes to drive productivity • Proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • THE BUSINESS UNIT The Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a division focused on corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy of the company. It is responsible for overseeing areas such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporate governance, working closely with other business units and SBGs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
