About the Role
Ecolab seeks a Director Corporate Accounts Manager to lead sales activities for the Institutional division in the MEA region. The role involves developing customer-centric sales strategies, managing contract P&L, and leading a team of 8-10 Corporate Account Managers.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting, presenting, driving value and closing new business
- Develop robust customer centric sales strategies to retain, grow and gain new business
- Develop and manage contract P&L and OI of customer portfolios
- Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on new industry trends and best practices
- Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions and innovations to create value
- Close partnership with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability, compliance and brand standards
- Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve customers as One Ecolab
- Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for the division
- Look for ways to grow Ecolab presence in market to gain competitive business
- Average team size of 8 10 direct reports
- Drive business sales growth and deliver short and long term financial results within the Institutional division
- Lead all sales activity for assigned region (local, state and sub region level)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
- Demonstrated sales skills including relationship based selling and prospecting
