Responsibilities
- Operate mixing, filling, packaging, and associated manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs
- Ensure all production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards
- Monitor process parameters and operational performance to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform start up, shutdown, and shift handover activities
- Support changeover activities to minimize downtime and maximize OEE
- Supply raw materials using authorized material handling equipment, including forklifts where certified
- Escalate operational abnormalities, equipment issues, and quality concerns
- Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response activities
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Actively participate in TPM, Kaizen events, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Vocational School Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Strong learning agility and commitment to continuous development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate accountability and ownership
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes
- Forklift certification preferred

Role Overview
- The Operator is responsible for supporting safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while delivering excellence in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
- The role provides technical expertise, operational guidance, and hands on leadership to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with Ecolab standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Ecolab's Goal Zero and Safety First culture by proactively identifying and mitigating workplace risks.
- Lead by example in ensuring compliance with Ecolab SHE standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine safety observations and actively participate in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programs.
- Report and investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and environmental observations.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machinery safeguards, and operational controls.
- Participate in risk assessments, safety audits, emergency response activities, and corrective action implementation.
- Promote a speak up culture by encouraging employees to report hazards and safety improvement opportunities.
- Operate mixing, filling, packaging, and associated manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs.
- Ensure all production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Ecolab quality standards.
- Monitor process parameters and operational performance to ensure consistent product quality and productivity.
- Perform start up, shutdown, and shift handover activities to maintain operational continuity.
- Support changeover activities while minimizing downtime and maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Vocational School Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates a strong learning agility and commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Proven ability to demonstrate Ecolab Leadership Behaviors, accountability, and ownership within daily operations.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast paced and evolving manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, production operations, and product applications.
- Forklift certification and practical material handling experience preferred, where applicable.
