About the Role
Ecolab is seeking a Director Corporate Accounts Manager for the Institutional division in the UAE. The role involves leading sales activities, developing customer strategies, managing a team of 8-10, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting, presenting, driving value and closing new business
- Develop robust customer centric sales strategies to retain, grow and gain new business
- Develop and manage contract P&L and OI of customer portfolios
- Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on new industry trends and best practices
- Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions to create value
- Close partnership with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability, compliance and brand standards
- Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth
- Lead all sales activity for assigned region (local, state and sub region level)
- Recruit, train and develop a diverse, high performing team of CAM’s (average team size 8 10)
- Drive ‘safety first’ culture and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
- Demonstrated sales skills including relationship based selling and prospecting

What You Will Do

- Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers as One Ecolab.
- Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for the division.
- Look for ways to grow Ecolab presence in market to gain competitive business.
- Average team size of 8‐10 direct reports.
- Drive business sales growth and deliver short and long term financial results within the Institutional division.
- Lead all sales activity for assigned region (local, state and sub region level).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales skills including relationship based selling and prospecting
