About the Role
Net2Source Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Director for a government administration client in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee economic and market research, guide macroeconomic studies, ensure delivery of dashboards and forecasts, and represent the company in economic forums.

- Oversee the development of high impact economic and market research aligned with strategic priorities.
- Guide the design and execution of macroeconomic, sectoral, and regional studies that support policy advocacy, competitiveness, and private sector foresight.
- Ensure the delivery of real time dashboards, forecasts, and reports that empower data driven decision making by members and stakeholders.
- Supervise the monitoring and analysis of regulatory, commercial, and innovation trends impacting the business landscape.
- Strengthen relationships with academic, research, and policy institutions to enhance credibility and institutional thought leadership.
- Direct the development of research methodologies, and publication quality control.
- Translate complex economic and market insights into strategic recommendations for leadership Team.
- Promote a culture of evidence based policy support and strategic insight across internal teams.
- Ensure timely production of flagship publications, economic bulletins, and customized sectoral briefings.
- Represent the Company in economic forums, roundtables, and advisory panels at the national and international level.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in economic research, market intelligence, or strategic policy
- Experience overseeing development of high impact economic and market research
- Experience guiding design and execution of macroeconomic, sectoral, and regional studies
- Experience ensuring delivery of real time dashboards, forecasts, and reports
- Experience supervising monitoring and analysis of regulatory, commercial, and innovation trends
- Experience strengthening relationships with academic, research, and policy institutions
- Experience directing development of research methodologies and publication quality control
- Ability to translate complex economic and market insights into strategic recommendations
- Ability to represent the company in economic forums, roundtables, and advisory panels
