Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy aligned with DASA's business objectives and growth plans
- Define digital solution roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends
- Lead the development of innovative digital offerings that support customers' digital transformation journeys
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industry best practices
- Lead the design of end to end digital and automation solutions integrating OT and IT environments
- Review and approve solution architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation
- Guide teams in defining cloud, on premises, networking, cybersecurity, and system integration architectures
- Oversee the configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications and platforms
- Ensure successful development of workflows, dashboards, reports, analytics, and business process automation solutions
- Manage solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities
- Drive lifecycle management of digital solutions from concept through deployment and support
- Lead the integration of industrial and enterprise platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
- 6 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience in production testing, power system modeling, power system planning, data center production environment planning, systems engineering knowledge

Job Purpose
- Responsible for leading the development, positioning, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital solutions for customers across the utilities, energy, water, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Bridges business requirements, Operational Technology (OT), and Information Technology (IT) to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions.
- Drives digital transformation initiatives, supports business growth, and ensures successful project execution.
Key Accountability Areas
- Digital Solutions Strategy & Management: Develop and execute the Digital Solutions strategy; define digital solution roadmaps; lead development of innovative digital offerings; ensure compliance with technical standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Solution Architecture & Design Oversight: Lead design of end to end digital and automation solutions; review and approve solution architectures; guide teams in defining cloud, on premises, networking, cybersecurity, and system integration architectures.
- Application & Solution Management: Oversee configuration, customization, deployment, and support of digital applications; ensure successful development of workflows, dashboards, reports, analytics; manage solution testing, validation, troubleshooting; drive lifecycle management.
- Enterprise Systems Integration: Lead integration of industrial and enterprise platforms; ensure seamless interoperability between operational and enterprise environments.
- Customer Engagement: Act as trusted advisor; lead customer workshops, technical discussions, demonstrations, and PoCs; support sales and business development; identify new business opportunities.
- Digital Transformation, Analytics & Innovation: Drive adoption of AI, ML, predictive maintenance, digital twins, advanced analytics, Industrial IoT; evaluate emerging technologies.
- Project Delivery & Execution: Oversee successful delivery of digital solutions projects; ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety; manage project risks; supervise FAT, SAT, commissioning, deployment, training, and customer acceptance.
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop solution architects, application engineers, and digital specialists; foster culture of innovation; build digital capabilities.
Academic Qualification and Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field.
- Work Experience: 6 to 10 Years.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Production Testing, Power System Modeling, Power System Planning, Data Center Production Environment Planning, Systems Engineering Knowledge.
