Digital Project Manager

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to keep execution moving across multiple e-commerce brands.You'll work closely with Creative, Paid Media, Copy, UGC, and Brand teams to make sure the right work gets done, by the right people, at the right time. Success in this role isn't measured by how many meetings you attend or status updates you send; it's measured by how consistently teams deliver great work.

You naturally bring order to complex projects and enjoy keeping multiple workstreams moving.

You know how creative, paid media, copy, and content teams work together to launch successful campaigns.

You're highly organised and can juggle multiple brands without letting details slip.

You enjoy building workflows, maintaining trackers, and making sure everyone knows what's happening next.

You proactively spot blockers, communicate risks early, and help teams stay ahead of deadlines.

You can take strategic discussions and turn them into clear, actionable tasks.

You communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams and know how to keep everyone aligned.

You enjoy improving processes instead of simply following them.

Experience working with Meta advertising campaigns or performance marketing teams.

Experience managing creative experimentation or campaign testing frameworks.

Experience supporting founder-led brands or high-growth ecommerce businesses.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into action.

You see project management as simply chasing updates or sending reminders.
