Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Generate high quality student leads for Canadian education programs
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Manage marketing budgets effectively
- Create and manage content calendars, develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns
- Manage the college's social media accounts and increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials, brochures, videos, and advertisements
- Write marketing copy for websites, blogs, emails, and social media
- Update website content and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead
- Work closely with Admissions and Student Recruitment teams to improve lead conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage

About the Role

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Update website content regularly.
Requirements
