Your Role

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create and maintain Rosewood Doha’s social media presence in an innovative & creative manner.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Build new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the digital user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.

  • Comply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies.
  • Take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
  • Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
  • Model the company’s culture, vision, mission, and core values at all times.
  • Take a proactive approach to the management of the department, anticipating potential opportunities.
  • Actively promote the services and facilities available to guests within the hotel and other Rosewood Hotels.
  • Ensure an efficient and well organized department, ensuring all associates are well trained and highly motivated.
  • Consistently meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external guests.
  • Obtain first hand guest information and use it for improvements in products and services.
  • Act with guests in mind; establish and maintain effective relationships with guests and gain their trust and respect.
  • Maintain effective communication within the department and ensure the department manager is kept well informed.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support.
