Digital Marketing & Account Specialist – Abu Dhabi

Employment and Workplace

• The position is full-time.
• The role is performed in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Client and Account Management

• Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Follow up on client requests, approvals, and pending actions.
• Convert client discussions into clear tasks and deliverables.
• Keep clients proactively updated.
• Coordinate with designers, video producers, freelancers, and internal team members.
• Support monthly client meetings, reports, and presentations.

Social Media and Content

• Develop monthly content plans and calendars based on client objectives.
• Generate ideas for Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Write and improve captions, scripts, and content briefs.
• Coordinate publishing across relevant social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Support simple on-site content capture when required.

Strategy and Research

• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Review clients' digital presence and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support social media and digital marketing strategy development.
• Research trends, competitors, and new content opportunities.
• Use data and performance insights to improve future content plans.
• Senior strategy and major commercial decisions are supported by the founder.

AI-Assisted Marketing

• Use AI tools to research industries and competitors.
• Use AI tools to develop content ideas, strategies, and plans.
• Use AI tools to prepare presentations and reports.
• Use AI tools to improve captions and scripts and create briefs.
• Use AI tools to support visual ideation and workflow efficiency.

Reporting and Paid Media

• Prepare clear monthly performance reports and identify key insights.
• Monitor campaigns with the team.
• Support Meta Ads planning and optimization.
• Coordinate media plans and client approvals.
• Advanced performance marketing expertise is not mandatory, while basic understanding is preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Around 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, agency work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content.
• Comfort communicating directly with business owners and clients.
• Strong Arabic communication skills and good professional English.
• Ability to write captions, briefs, and client communications professionally.
• Familiarity with Canva and common digital marketing tools.
• Comfort using ChatGPT and other creative AI platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients, take ownership, and solve problems.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to work regularly in Abu Dhabi.

Compensation

• The salary is AED 4,000–6,000 per month depending on experience.
