About The Role

  • The incumbent will take full ownership of driving usage, engagement, and business growth for our merchant app.
  • This role involves analyzing merchant behavior, running targeted campaigns, and improving how merchants interact with the app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how merchants move across different stages such as onboarding, active usage, inactivity, and churn.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to increase app usage and drive more transactions.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across channels such as push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and early warning signals.
  • Group merchants based on behavior, business performance, and engagement levels; refine segmentation logic.
  • Track campaign performance, app engagement, and business metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Work closely with product, technology, and sales teams to align on priorities.
  • Identify manual processes in campaign execution and improve them through automation.

Key Requirements

  • 4 8 years of experience in growth, CLM, lifecycle marketing, or digital product engagement.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B platforms is preferred.
  • Strong ability to understand data and translate it into meaningful actions.
  • Hands on experience with Campaign management tools and use cases.
  • Ability to write and run SQL queries, extract data from databases, and work with large datasets.

Key Deliverables

  • Regular dashboards and insights highlighting merchant behavior and growth opportunities.
  • Well planned campaign calendars aligned with business priorities.
  • Measurable improvement in merchant engagement, app usage, and transactions.
  • Scalable lifecycle programs that can run consistently with minimal manual effort.
