We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Design & Content Specialist to join our team.

This role combines graphic design, content creation, website management, and AI-powered content development.

The ideal candidate will be a hybrid professional with strong visual design skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and experience leveraging modern AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations.

Create compelling marketing copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content.

Design high-quality digital assets including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.

Produce visually appealing layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Apply strong design principles, typography, and branding standards.

Create, update, and optimize website pages using WordPress.

Build responsive landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.

Maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, usability, and visual consistency.

Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other generative AI platforms to accelerate content and design workflows.

Refine and enhance AI-generated content and visuals to meet quality standards.

Explore emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency and creative output.

Ensure all creative assets align with company branding and visual identity guidelines.

Maintain a professional, modern, and consistent brand presence across all channels.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital design, content creation, or a similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Hands-on experience with WordPress and page builders.

Strong copywriting and content development skills.

Experience using AI tools for content and image generation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for website customization.

Experience working in technology companies, digital agencies, or startups.

Portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, content creation, and AI-assisted projects.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
