Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of core digital infrastructure, focusing on website, digital product catalogs, and landing pages
- Update and maintain web content, technical datasheets, and digital assets
- Ensure proper functionality, platform uptime, security configuration, and optimal page load speeds
- Upload, format, and publish technical content across CMS in line with campaign timelines
- Coordinate with IT and external web development teams for seamless deployment
- Support technical localization and structural formatting of digital assets
- Monitor and optimize technical SEO elements (meta tagging, site mapping, mobile responsiveness)
- Track web traffic patterns and lead form pathways
- Maintain accurate records of web assets and link tracking architectures (UTM parameters)
- Generate technical reports on web performance metrics
- Monitor web channels for backend issues and coordinate with development teams to resolve bugs
- Ensure compliance with corporate data policies, brand guidelines, and privacy standards
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Data Processing or any relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of work experience
- Proficiency in multimedia design tools
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Purpose

- Primary mission: manage websites, enhance SEO, and run automated email/SMS campaigns.
- Bridge the gap between creative marketing and web technology to ensure fast, modern digital experiences that convert traffic into leads.
Key Accountability Areas
- Manage day to day operations of core digital infrastructure, focusing on website, digital product catalogs, and landing pages.
- Update and maintain web content, technical datasheets, and digital assets.
- Ensure proper functionality, platform uptime, security configuration, and optimal page load speeds.
- Upload, format, and publish technical content across CMS in line with campaign timelines.
- Coordinate with IT and external web development teams for seamless deployment.
- Support technical localization, code embedding, and structural formatting of digital assets.
- Monitor and optimize technical SEO elements (meta tagging, site mapping, mobile responsiveness).
