Description and Requirements
Role focused on digital campus, ELV, low-voltage, data center, and smart campus system operations.
Physical System Assurance
- Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot video surveillance, access control, parking management, public address, video conferencing, information display, and structured cabling systems.
Data Center Management
- Maintain IDF and MDF low-voltage equipment rooms, including UPS systems, precision air conditioning, and server racks, while ensuring physical-layer link security.
Platform and Data Operations
- Manage and maintain the smart campus management platform and coordinate vendor bug fixes and feature iterations.
- Monitor dashboard data from IoT sensors and energy metering terminals for accuracy and reasonableness.
Vendor and Asset Management
- Coordinate external maintenance providers, oversee annual and quarterly maintenance plans, and evaluate service quality.
- Manage the low-voltage equipment warehouse and track low-voltage fixed assets across the campus.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain low-voltage topology diagrams, IP address tables, endpoint location tables, and operation and maintenance manuals.
- Collaborate with the security department on low-voltage system security management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting ELV, physical security, audiovisual, structured cabling, and related low-voltage systems.
- Ability to manage smart campus platforms and coordinate routine vendor bug fixes and feature iterations.
- Ability to monitor IoT sensor and energy metering data for accuracy and reasonableness.
- Ability to maintain low-voltage topology diagrams, IP address tables, endpoint location tables, and operation and maintenance manuals.
