Role Overview
Support the daily operations of the production department.
Help ensure manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Support production targets, quality and safety procedures, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.
- Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.
- Coordinate production resources to fulfil the daily production plan.
- Use Lean Production and Six Sigma to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Conduct continuous training to improve team-member skills.
- Assist the production manager with other management-related assignments.
Requirements
- Ability to support daily production operations in compliance with company standards.
- Ability to coordinate production resources to fulfil daily production plans.
- Ability to apply Lean Production and Six Sigma methods to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Ability to support team-member training and production management assignments.
