Role Overview

EHS System Development and Policy Management

• Develop and refine environmental, occupational health, and safety policies, procedures, and workflows in line with corporate objectives and production plans.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems.
• Formulate annual EHS work plans and supervise their implementation.
• Draft and revise relevant EHS management systems and standards.

Safety Management

• Organize regular safety inspections and hazard identification and ensure closed-loop corrective actions for identified risks.
• Manage hazardous chemicals in terms of storage, usage, and waste disposal.
• Oversee fire safety management and organize emergency drills.
• Lead incident and accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up tracking.
• Supervise the provision and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Environmental Management

• Ensure compliant treatment and disposal of wastewater, exhaust gases, solid waste, and hazardous waste such as solder dross and spent organic solvents.

Requirements

• Knowledge of environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
• Experience establishing and improving ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Ability to develop EHS policies, procedures, workflows, and annual work plans.
• Knowledge of safety inspections, hazard identification, and corrective action tracking.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical storage, use, and waste disposal.
• Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of environmental waste, wastewater, exhaust gas, and hazardous waste controls.
