Technical and Project Management
- Manage technical activities throughout the equipment lifecycle.
- Draft technical requirements and oversee quality during construction.
- Manage system handover and acceptance testing.
Operations and Maintenance
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans, SOPs, and operating standards.
- Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Coordinate equipment-related services with the Integrated Facilities Management company.
Documentation and Training
- Review technical schemes, approve drawings, and maintain technical archives.
- Conduct and participate in internal and external skill training programs.
- Oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive technology innovation and process optimization for cost control, energy savings, and reduced consumption.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical activities across the equipment lifecycle.
- Ability to develop and implement equipment maintenance plans, SOPs, and operating standards.
- Ability to review technical schemes, approve drawings, and maintain technical archives.
- Ability to coordinate equipment-related services with an Integrated Facilities Management company.
- Ability to organize and oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.
