Description and Requirements

• 1. Manufacturing ‑ oriented System Development - Undertake the design, development and deployment of manufacturing ‑ oriented digital projects. - Complete backend development with Python or Java for RESTful APIs, business logic and microservice frameworks. - Develop and optimize web pages based on Vue and React, and implement data dashboards. - Ability to support the development of robust internal systems and long-term technical solutions. 2. Technical Scheme and Core ‑ module Management - Lead technical selection and resolve difficulties for key modules, deliver high ‑ quality code and unify team coding standards. - Formulate feasible technical solutions against business demands, evaluate risks and feasibility, and promote project delivery. 3. Code Quality Control and Team Cultivation - Carry out code review to standardize codes and lift overall code quality. - Coach junior and mid ‑ level developers, share experience and improve team ‑ wide technical capability. 4. Technology Middle ‑ platform and development Optimization - Construct the technical middle ‑ platform and improve development efficiency through automated tools and optimized DevOps procedures. 5. Digital Innovation and AI ‑ Driven Application - Explore the application of cutting ‑ edge technologies including AI, large ‑ language models, machine Learning and RPA in manufacturing scenarios. - Participate in intelligent and automated projects, and promote digitization and automated optimization of business processes.
