- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence across all environments.
- Implement security best practices and support DevSecOps, compliance, and infrastructure governance initiatives.
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate DevOps tools and technologies to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance on cloud, deployment, and infrastructure related challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Hands on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, containerization technologies, and cloud native architectures
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring platforms, and infrastructure management
- Solid understanding of cloud computing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), system reliability, performance optimization, and incident management
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, security automation, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as AWS, Kubernetes, HashiCorp, or related certifications are considered an advantage
