Role Overview
An international PMC is seeking a Design Manager for a major master plan and urban development programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role is responsible for design quality and consistency across the programme.
Responsibilities
- Drive design quality and consistency across the programme.
- Coordinate architecture, planning, infrastructure, utilities, and landscape.
- Create a coherent and buildable integrated design vision.
- Lead a small technical team.
Requirements
- A degree in architecture is required.
- 15+ years of experience across architecture, urban development, master planning, or large mixed-use schemes is required.
- Experience in PMCM, PMC, consultancy, developer, or client-side roles is preferred.
- Experience on major Saudi or Gulf programmes is preferred.
- Chartered status or equivalent is required.
- Saudi experience is essential.
- Candidates must be based in Riyadh or open to relocating there.
