The role
- Own local budget allocation and campaign mix.
- Lead brand positioning and go-to-market strategy as the business scales across multiple properties.
- Build demand specifically among Saudi local audiences.
- Coordinate with central strategy rather than serving as a communications or campaign-execution function.
What you'll bring
- Marketing leadership experience at a KSA real estate developer, giga-project, or master-planned destination.
- Direct personal ownership of a marketing budget and campaign slate.
- A strategic marketing background in positioning, brand architecture, and go-to-market planning.
- A track record of building or repositioning a brand rather than only executing one.
- Based in Riyadh with real market fluency and the energy to match.
