Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across UAE and GCC markets.
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail chain partnerships.
- Develop new business opportunities with pet stores, veterinary channels, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms.
- Build and execute annual sales and channel development plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to accelerate brand growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in pet food, pet care, distribution, or retail.
- Strong network within UAE pet retail, distributors, wholesalers, or modern trade channels.
- Experience managing international brands and channel partners.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- UAE experience is required.
