Finance Supervisor 财务主管负责海外子公司的结账、财务报告、日常财务运营、审计支持及合规工作。
该职位作为海外业务与总部财务中心之间的重要联络人，支持跨部门和跨地区协作。
总账及财务结账管理
- 负责海外子公司月度、季度及年度结账工作。
- 审核会计分录并完成资产负债表对账。
- 核查预提费用及预付款项，确保账务准确完整。
总部财务协调与报告
- 作为海外业务与总部财务中心的核心联络人。
- 负责定期财务报表及数据报送。
- 协调关联公司往来对账及跨境结算。
财务运营问题处理
- 解决海外公司日常财务及会计问题。
- 优化费用报销及总账核算等流程。
- 推动当地团队与共享服务中心高效协作。
审计、内控及合规支持
- 配合内外部审计工作。
- 准备审计资料及法定财务披露文件。
- 确保财务流程符合集团合规要求。
任职要求
- 会计、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具有三年以上财务会计或财务分析经验。
- 熟练使用Excel。
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力和跨部门沟通能力。
- 具备良好的英文读写能力。
- 中文必须流利。
- CPA持证或通过CPA考试者优先。
- 具有海外业务或中东市场经验者优先。
- 了解SAP等ERP系统者优先。
