Role Overview
Develop sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships for global sporting platforms.
Build commercial relationships with partners aligned with brand values, audiences, and market positioning.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and approach potential brand partners.
- Create brand sponsorship proposals and lead commercial and contract negotiations.
- Manage the prospective client and partner pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams on customized partnership proposals.
- Represent the organization at sales meetings, industry events, business activities, and networking opportunities.
- Track industry trends, brand marketing needs, and emerging partnership models.
- Identify potential commercial opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 6–18 years of experience in brand sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience in events, luxury, arts, media, or lifestyle industries is preferred.
- Successful experience closing complex, high-value commercial partnerships and sponsorship transactions.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and presentation, proposal, negotiation, and client communication abilities.
- Deep understanding of brand marketing, consumer engagement, and customer interaction strategies.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic ability is preferred.
