Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong background in high end interior design projects
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or Design Director/Head of Design capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of technical detailing and project coordination
- Experience working within the UAE/GCC market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client facing skills

Overview
- We are currently partnering with a well established design and architecture practice in Dubai that is looking to appoint a Head of Design to lead their growing interiors team.
- This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong creative and technical design professional with proven experience delivering high end interior projects across the UAE market.
- The role requires someone who can lead design direction, manage teams, oversee project delivery, and drive design excellence from concept through to execution.
- While the role is heavily focused on Interior Design, candidates must also be technically strong and highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to oversee BIM led design coordination and documentation.
