The Dermatologist provides comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services.
The role covers skin, hair, and nail conditions, acne management, and aesthetic procedures.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- Manage acne and related skin disorders using evidence-based protocols.
- Recommend evidence-based treatment plans.
- Perform laser treatments, chemical peels, injections, and other dermatologic interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Follow safety and infection-control protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Educate patients about skin care, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Stay current with advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
- Have a strong clinical foundation in medicine and dermatology.
- Have expertise in cosmetic dermatology and cosmetology, including laser therapies and injectables.
- Demonstrate proficiency in acne management and related skin disorders.
- Hold a medical degree or equivalent with specialization in dermatology.
- Hold a valid license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
- Have experience with advanced dermatology and laser technologies; Cynosure, Deka, or similar device experience is an advantage.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Be able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinic and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.
Workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role based at New Age Clinic in Abu Dhabi.
