The Aesthetics Dermatology role at New Age Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

The professional in this role will perform and supervise aesthetic and dermatological procedures, including consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Daily responsibilities include assessing skin conditions, recommending appropriate treatments, operating advanced dermatology and laser equipment, and ensuring safe, evidence-based clinical practices.

The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care, while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to regulatory and clinic protocols.

Collaboration with the wider clinical team is essential to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused experience.

• Relevant medical degree (e.g., MD or equivalent) with specialization or strong experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine; valid license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic dermatology procedures (e.g., laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, skin rejuvenation therapies) and familiarity with devices such as Cynosure, Deka, and Candela Gentle Max Pro.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly and empathetically.
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and ethical practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, while managing time effectively in a busy, high-volume clinical environment.
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills; attention to detail in recording treatments and outcomes.
• Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to stay current on new technologies, products, and evidence-based practices in aesthetics and dermatology.
• Prior experience in premium or boutique aesthetic clinics is an advantage; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
