About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day business functions across Business Divisions to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Liaise with Heads of Business Divisions to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Gather, monitor, maintain, and analyze operational performance data and prepare reports for the Operations Manager
- Identify and recommend resources including facilities, equipment, tools, IT, and manpower to support business continuity
- Evaluate and propose new business opportunities, services, and product lines based on division capabilities
- Review tenders, contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents as required
- Act on behalf of the Operations Manager during absences, including decision making and conflict resolution
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution
- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or assistant managerial position
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and business process improvement
- Experience in tender evaluation, contract review, and commercial documentation
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Business Administration, or related managerial disciplines is an advantage

Job Overview

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
