Role Purpose
Lead strategy, product development, onboarding, orchestration, and engineering evolution for the Core Next Generation Connectivity Services portfolio.
Deliver seamless customer onboarding, automated service fulfilment, and Zero-Touch MACD capabilities across Hybrid and Core Next Generation Connectivity products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CNGCS portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives.
- Modernize L2O, O2C/O2B, and T2R customer journeys through automation and orchestration.
- Own telecom software product development, onboarding, and service lifecycle management.
- Lead MSO, Cisco NSO, and orchestration platform integrations for automated fulfilment and service activation.
- Govern API-led integrations across CRM, order management, inventory, fulfilment, assurance, billing, and network platforms.
- Lead AI-enabled automation for fulfilment, assurance, service operations, and customer experience.
- Manage PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, EPIC journeys, budgets, estimations, and release governance.
- Coordinate alignment across CRAMER, Geneva, SFDC, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, MSO, and related platforms.
- Conduct customer demonstrations, design reviews, UAT governance, and executive presentations.
