- MD, MBBS, MBChB or DO with board certification from American Board of Medical Specialties or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
- At least 2 years additional experience post qualification for Tier 1 countries
- Valid license/registration to practice in home country or last employment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Ability to speak and write in English

Job Summary
- This is a physician position responsible for overall Medical Oncology leadership at Cancer Institute, including leadership, operational, fiscal and human resource management.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitors and provides care to patients at CCAD within Cancer Institute
- Prescribes or administers medication, therapy and other specialized medical care
- Provides specific treatments and/or performs operations to treat patient medical conditions
- Evaluates patient and records applicable notes
- Liaisons with other medical and non medical staff to ensure quality patient treatment
- Develops a strategic plan for the Division
- Defines the Division's scope and direction in patient care, education and research
- Creates a vision and supports members of the Division
- Recommends criteria for selecting professional staff
- Recommends space, medical technology, equipment, staffing, and other resources
- Provides orientation and training for all staff
- Responsible for recommending and monitoring outside sources of services
Experience Requirements
- For Physicians from Tier 1 countries, not less than two (2) years additional experience post qualification
- Must hold a valid License/ Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team of health care professionals
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff
- Ability to speak and write in English is required
Education Requirements
- MD, MBBS, MBChB or DO (only if specialization obtained from American Board of Medical Specialties or Certificates of Specializations of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada) or equivalent qualification from an accredited Institution and completion of specialty qualification as per
